oh my gosh he is so adorable!So I cut the whole card base out of black and ran the front portion only through my cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder. I then took my lightest blue ink pad to rub all over it and give it a grunged look. I used my crafters companion wood grain embossing folder for the fence ... running the pieces thru in either direction. I then took my black puffy paint to add the nail spots in the fence. Using my Martha Stewart punch I added the purple border of drips at the top of the card. I also went around the bat with the light blue ink so that it could stand out from the background.
