I had so much fun creating this card with my Cricut Explore Air. Dreaming of sandy beaches and fruity drinks-es lol I know that's not a word.... just being silly to rhyme 😁
I cut a sand dune border to go across the center from Cricut Paper Doll Dress Up.
I die-cut a stitched scallop rectangle frame in white, then again out of the blue water paper to use for the background of the frame. I used that same sand dune cut sized down to place three layers at the bottom of the frame placing the fruity drink in between layers two and three. I cut the pineapple fruity drink from Cricut - Life's a Beach. I scored lines at the bend of the straw. I used Wink of Stella clear glitter pen for the inside of the lemon before attaching and went over the cutlines in the pineapple as well. The adorable sand dollars are from Cricut - Life's a Beach cartridge. I used Tim Holtz distress ink - old paper to tint the bottom layer of the Sand dollar's making the designs really pop. Speaking of pop, I used foam squares under the bottom Sand dollar to pop it up. What a super fun summery card to design! I hope you enjoyed the result.
