Father's Day Flag Card

I had fun making this Simple Masculine Father's Day Card.  It is good to be crafting again.



I used a stamp from Craftin Desert Diva's for the Happy Father's Day sentiment.  It is from the Happy Celebrations stamp set.  I stamped it with Black Staz-on ink right onto the Kraft Card stock.  I also ripped the edge of the craft card stock and added wet Gold Perfect pearls powder.... it looks really nice in person.  for the flags I just gathered up some different blue pattern paper scraps that I cut down to strips.  On the center one I hand cut the flag bottom, the other 3 I used my envelope punch board to cut the flag bottoms.  I used some Sew Easy brown and white twine to wrap around the layers.  I used another piece of same twine to tie on a blue button from my stash. 





On the inside I created a greeting with my computer and printed it out on light blue paper.  I also added some more flag strips on the inside with coordinating scraps.  I also created this light blue envelope matching the inside paper and added a couple of more Pattern paper flags.
