Patriotic Banner - Rosette Pennant

I am entering this one at
Paper Play Challenges - Stars & Stripes
This project is another piece of the Patriotic Banner I made today.  I used my Pink Cricut Expression to cut the svg files from Made in America Kit from Svgcuts.  The Paper is Americana from K&Company.  Cuts great on the Cricut.
